Spereto is a newly built high-end residence of 12 apartments in the heart of Tuscany, designed and built to the highest international standards in luxury, durability and sustainability. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the exclusive hilltop location provides both, serenity and spectacular views.

POOL

The swimming pool is situated on a lower level and surrounded by vineyards and heated from May till October. The sundeck around the pool is fully equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas.

BAR & BARBECUE

Next to the swimming pool, there is a fully equipped self- service bar with all the necessary amenities as well as a barbecue where you can prepare and enjoy outdoor dining.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION

The parking area is also located on a lower level than the apartments. One golf cart is available for shared use to transport your belongings to and from the apartments. A pathway system connects the parking area with Belmonte Apartment.

SURROUNDING

At Spereto a scenic pathway connects all amenities. The path also winds through Spereto's own vineyards, where our wines are crafted, offering an authentic taste of the land. Spereto is open all year providing a serene and refined experience in every season
